Returns/Exchanges: must be done within 15 days of placing your order. After 15 days, we will not honor returns or exchanges.
RETURNS: 20% restocking fee & return shipping costs will be paid by customer - returns MUST be approved prior to shipping item(s) back to us. (You may email or call us to get approval.)
EXCHANGES: Stock will NOT be held for exchanges. Additional shipping charges paid for by customer. MUST be approved prior to sending item(s) back to us.
DAMAGES: Please send photos of damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving products. Once photos have been received, we will give you your options at that time.
MISSING ITEMS: Please contact email@example.com or call us 806.557.8607, within 7 days of receiving order. We will then either send out that missing product or issue a store credit.
