  • We ship same day or next day
  • Inventory on the website is LIVE
  • You can use our pictures as long as the LOGO remains on the picture.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

*SALE items NOT RETURNABLE - SOLD AS IS*
Please contact us by phone (806) 557-8607 or email (returns.rowdycrowd@gmail.com) with questions & for approvals. Returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of placing your order. After 30 days, we will not honor returns or exchanges.

RETURNS: 20% restocking fee & return shipping costs will be paid by customer - returns MUST be approved prior to shipping item(s) back to us. (You may email or call us to get approval.)

EXCHANGES: Stock will NOT be held for exchanges. Additional shipping charges paid for by customer. MUST be approved prior to sending item(s) back to us.

DAMAGES: Please send photos of damaged item(s) to returns.rowdycrowd@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving products. Once photos have been received, we will give you your options at that time.

Shipping Policy
All orders will ship out SAME or NEXT day, excluding weekends and holidays.  If an item is a pre-order, it will have a ship date in the name and description.  Orders for that product will ship out on the ship date stated.  If you are needing an order to be expedited, please email (rowdycrowdclothing@gmail.com) or call us (806.557.8607) so we can make sure that is not overlooked.
